Who runs this site
Backudden is my personal website where I write about web development, AI and automation. The site is run by me, Daniel, and I am responsible for the processing of personal data. You can reach me via the contact form.

When you contact me through the form on the site, your name and email address are collected. The information is used solely to respond to your message.
The site uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous visitor statistics. The service uses cookies and is only activated after you give your consent via the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time. No personal data is collected without your consent.
How the data is used
The information you provide is used to reply to your message, nothing else. I never share your data with third parties without your consent, unless required by law.
Storage and security
Contact information is stored in my email service and deleted when no longer needed. I take reasonable technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and request data portability. Reach out via the contact form and I will handle your request within 30 days.
Third-party services
The site is hosted via Vercel. The domain is managed through Cloudflare. Visitor statistics are handled by Google Analytics (activated after consent). The contact form sends email via Resend. These services may process technical data such as IP addresses in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
